Pilates


I just started doing Pilates about a month ago, in an attempt to strengthen my core. It was never super strong, but the trauma surgery followed by the C-Section followed by the bowel repair, really did a number on it.


I find I am enjoying Pilates more than any exercise I have ever done. After class I feel so calm and rejuvenated. My core is getting stronger, and I can't wait to see what another month will make me feel.

So did you decide to get some videos to do at home? Maybe we can film something at PACT while you're here...we could film you doing pilates and then when you go home...you can workout to yourself!!

I love it! Holly you looked so great when you came by and saw the baby and I. How fun to do something that feels good and gives you a break from being a mom for a little while.

i never got into pilates...but maybe i should give it another try. i bought some DVDs after I had Jakob (and he's, ahem, SIX now...) so i need to bust those bad boys out and start strengthening MY core!
